@soopafly1977. Due to the high volume of my regular clients, I expect my clients to be punctual because I take the RDV seriously, And I cannot be late to the other clients just because you are late is not pair for them. And to cancel rdv I expect to give me notice 1h before so I will not waste my time either . I am sorry but I have no tolerance when it comes to punctuality and besides you did it 2x canceling your RDV in last minutes.
